Although we have close ties with the Association of Yale Alumni and other offices back in New Haven, this club is wholly operated by volunteer alumni. We are only as active as the alumni who participate in club activities. Membership fees are collected to help with general organization and to help us keep in touch with the over 3000 alumni who live in the greater Los Angeles area. Although our name suggests otherwise, we primarily target alumni in Los Angeles County: the city of Los Angeles, Santa Monica, Pasadena, Glendale, Burbank, and the South Beaches. There are other Yale alumni clubs in the Southern California area. We pre-dates most of the others; thus, we have the name. Our membership year runs from June to July to encourage recent graduates to participate. Go to the Membership page to find out how to become a member.
