Evered's topical new play "Adopt a Sailor" explores the relationship between two sophisticated New Yorkers and the young sailor they invite over for dinner. Reading starred Amy Povich , (YSD '92, Labor Pains, Transamerica),  Luke Perry, (Beverly Hills 90210, Oz, Jeremiah.) and Tom Costello (Pieces of Eight, Peaceful Warrior).  Event donations were sent to benefit the non-partisan Fisher House Foundation, which provides housing to military families as they care for their wounded family members.  Thanks to Charles, Luke, Amy, Tom and Kim (reader) for an excellent reading!
