The festival will also screen four short films:

  • The Problem with Percival, submitted by producer Steven Klein, which follows persnickety nine-year-old Percival Strum as he holds auditions to replace his feisty "Gramma";
  • Ilana Lapid's Jabez, a lyrical story about a young couple struggling to cope with the loss of their baby girl to SIDS;
  • Justin Schwarz's Me and the Moilsies, the retro tale of a Hasidic boy's journey into manhood and fall from innocence after following his sister on an illicit trip to the shore; and
  • Hugo Perez's Almodovar-esque dark comedy Julieta y Ramon, about an odd pair with unusual erotic fascinations.
