Please send your pictures in digital form to the address below. If you took pictures on film, your camera store can help you convert them to digital form. We will edit the pictures and get them posted quickly for you to see.

· Send no more than ten pictures to yale1968@aol.com. You probably have more than ten good ones, but hang onto them for later. For each picture, include:
o Your name as the provider of the picture
o The names of the people in the picture, from left to right and from front to back
o If it is not obvious, the location where the picture was taken.
· Any scene or setting involving the Class or Classmates you think is a good picture is okay. It does not have to be a large group. Please do not send pictures that are potentially embarrassing to anyone.
· We will edit and post the pictures. Every picture will not necessarily be used.
· Some internet service providers (ISP’s) have file size limitations that may limit your ability to send large picture files. If you experience a problem sending a file or files containing multiple pictures, send one picture per message to stay within the ISP size limits.
This is our first effort at creating an online photo album. We expect to be able to accept and post additional pictures in the future, depending on the response from Classmates. We also expect to work out ground rules for including on the site some pictures taken by White House photographers during the event. Please remember that the White House portion of the reunion was a private event, and no pictures from it are to be forwarded or published in any form.
SEND YOUR PICTURES NOW. We expect to have the first group posted and ready to see by July 21. We are looking forward to receiving the pictures and posting them for your enjoyment. Thanks in advance for sharing the images of what was a wonderful time for all of us.
Jim Latimer Bill Baker
Secretary Chairman
